Privacy Policy

LoveNoteTunes is run by AphelionWeb Services ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can tie your song and order to you.
• The details you type into the form: the recipient's name, your relationship to them, the occasion, three details and a music style.
• The lyrics and audio files we create from those details.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To write and record your preview and, if you buy it, your full song.
• To limit free previews per email and prevent abuse.
• To process payments and refunds.

Your details are sent to AI service providers only to generate lyrics and music. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Storage and retention

Songs and order records are stored securely with our hosting provider and kept so your private song link keeps working. Ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email song@aphelionweb.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
